Are you one of those people that think scamming etc should be removed from Eve, or are you just pounding the keyboard for the sake of pounding the keyboard?

While I agree that what Erotica did was pretty distasteful, it's nothing that hasn't been done before and found acceptable, where he went over the top was combining all of those acceptable things into one unacceptable thing.
I'm neither here nor there on the ban, because bans are pitifully easy to circumvent, if Erotica wants to play Eve again all he needs is a different email address and possible a new credit/debit card.
Reality checkwise, CCP decide where the line is drawn, not us, although they do consider what we say when drawing it.

If you can't beat the smarter and more competent opponents, you create your own puppet opponent with an alt, that you can then "beat" for +1 points as well as say stupid things on to discredit opposition with by generalisation.
I've told you before, all you Erotica1 associates really aren't very smart or good at any of this :) Neither are you, especially when you throw out random accusations of association with Erotica about people who neither wanted to have or had anything to do with the bonus room malarky.
You're the internet spaceships equivalent of a monkey flinging poo at random stuff and hoping it sticks.

Its all rather transparent and amateurish. Sounds like something that Ripard Teg did recently, something you wholeheartedly supported.

It's just that simple. It's not often that you and I are on the same page; +1 sir for a surprisingly decent post.
Salvos Rhoska wrote:Jonah Gravenstein wrote:like the ones involved in the recent witch hunt? What witchhunt? OOOOH you mean the recent events where CSM confirmed Erotica1 was given due process, and CCP issued a statement with their support? No witch-hunt there, broski. I'm not disputing the CSM statement or CCPs decision, what I am saying is that the threadnaught in question was a populist witch hunt, one instigated by a, soon to be former, CSM who seems to have an anti-risk agenda for Eve

Oh, you mean the blog that detailed what Erotica1 had been up to, and which culminated in what I stated above?
Man. You are TERRIBLE at this. Also, the frightened look on your avatar pretty much sucks all your huff-and-puff out of your posts :)[/quote] That's not fright, it's disgust at the level some people will stoop to to further their own agenda.

Its all rather transparent and amateurish. Sounds like something that Ripard Teg did recently, something you wholeheartedly supported. The difference is there were many different people (from different backgrounds I might add of nullseccers, lowseccers and highsec carebears) who chimed in on the thread sharing their opinions about the subject. It was quiet apparent the majority was in favour of Erotica being banned and/or saying what he did was outright wrong. Since the Official CCP announcement, it's now the same small group of people set on repeat posting, creating threads shedding tears. I was one of those say that what Erotica did was distasteful, what I was not is one of those that were calling for Eroticas head on a pointy stick, Salvos Rhoska was.

An outright lie. Nowhere have I called for Erotica1's head on a pointy stick. Try harder! Your inner pedant is showing, put it away. It's a figure of speech, not to be taken literally.

He did back off for a little while when I mentioned that him having claimed he was a lawyer was a crime, but he's back at it now. TBH he wouldn't be out of place in this little gem from Monty Python.

Unlike suggesting the use of the word "heresy" is related somehow to "radical islamists" Look up the term "infidel" .....and then go back to basic reading comprehension. Take your own advice, infidel isn't a solely Islamic term, it's also used in Christianity to describe those who don't believe in the relevant faith.
Atheists could be described as infidels by both Christians and Muslims.

Christianity is no better than Islam in that respect, and just as bloodthirsty.
Quote:Any elements of Christianity that use 'infidel' and even to a lesser extent 'heresy' in common terminology are sufficiently ostracized by the larger Christian Community; while Radical Islam controls the majority of the Middle East. Pot meet kettle, certain extremely powerful western states appear to be, for all intents and purposes, in the thrall of radical Christianity.

Too bad my version never let me finish the game. It always crashed at the end of the last mission. :( +1 for Westwood, they did some cracking games before EA swallowed them up.
